| BGR Clerks have the opportunity to work in one of Washington’s leading lobbying and consulting firms and help support some of Washington’s top policy experts. BGR Clerks are very important to the BGR team, working to help keep our lobbyists informed of the latest action on Capitol Hill and in foreign and state capitals.
Every year BGR Clerks use the skills they developed and contacts they made at BGR to further their educational goals and careers, with many going on to work in important jobs in Washington and in state politics.
We are looking for Clerks who are career-oriented and looking to come to BGR to work hard and build on the skills they have already begun to develop through previous internships, work, and volunteer activities.
BGR accepts applications from law and graduate students of all majors as well as exceptional undergraduates. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and spots are filled as qualified candidates are found.
To apply for a summer clerkship, please send a cover letter outlining your interest in BGR, resume, two short writing samples (no more than five pages each), and three references or letters of recommendation to information@bgrdc.com. No telephone calls please.
